The service

BiteMetrics helps food and drink businesses work out ingredient costs, profits and prices from the information you enter. One account is for one shop.

Plans and payment

• Free: up to 10 menu items, at no cost.
• Pricing checkup: a one-time payment for 90 days of full access, then read-only access to your data.
• Yearly: paid once a year and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the year you paid for.

Your data

Your shop data is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service, try to access other shops' data, or interfere with how it runs.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending your account

You can close your account any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
